A four-day program designed to help student-athletes grow as leaders on their teams and campuses. Participants learn about their personal values, leadership styles and the role they play in creating a positive student-athlete experience.

NCAA Legacy Lab

The NCAA Legacy Lab helps Division I sophomore and junior student-athletes explore entrepreneurship while they are still competing. During this multi-day program, participants turn their skills, stories and ideas into sustainable ventures and choose one of three learning tracks.

Division III CSC Student Program

The Division III College Sports Communicators (CSC) Student Program is your chance to explore a career in DIII athletics communication. Held each June in conjunction with the College Sports Communicators Convention, this Division III–focused program offers a fully funded opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build your professional network and take the next step toward a future in sports information.

Division III Student Immersion Program

The Division III Student Immersion Program provides DIII student-athletes an opportunity to explore the governance, leadership and operations of college athletics. Held annually in conjunction with the NCAA Convention, this all-expenses-paid experience brings approximately 40 student-athletes from across DIII to engage directly with the division’s governance structure and leadership.
