The NCAA Impact Forum brings together leaders within higher education and intercollegiate athletics, including student-athletes, for transformational programming. This professional development experience offers educational and engaging sessions centered around creating cultures of belonging and well-being.

The 2025 NCAA Impact Forum was held in Indianapolis on November 10–12. Future programming dates will be announced on this page when available.

Audience

Leaders within higher education and intercollegiate athletics, including student-athletes.

Format

This event is in-person only.

Time Commitment

This event is a three-day experience.

Cost

$149 registration fee for NCAA member administrators (2025). Free registration for students (2025). Attendees are responsible for hotel and travel expenses.

Participants gain practical information and tools related to community building and other learning strategies that they can take back to campus. Attendees also engage in sessions and dialogue focused on enhancing efforts to support all student-athletes and their unique experiences on campus.

Program extensions: These opportunities may vary year to year and are not required to participate in the core Impact Forum.
