Before You Submit a Nomination

Eligibility to Serve
To be eligible to serve on a divisional committee, or as a divisional representative on an Association-wide or common committee, an individual must be salaried on a regular basis by an institution or conference in the same division and perform a regular staff function representing at least 50% of the normal workload, unless otherwise specified.

Nominations Due November 16, 2026

  • NCAA Committee on Access, Opportunity and Impact – staff contact: Amy Wilson.  One immediate vacancy (open to all divisions).  Individual must be a senior woman administrator.  The following Division I conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Atlantic Coast Conference, Big East Conference, Big Sky Conference, Big Ten Conference, Missouri Valley Conference, Southwestern Athletic Conference.

Nominations Due November 16, 2026

  • NCAA Committee on Access, Opportunity and Impact – staff contact: Amy Wilson.  One immediate vacancy (open to all divisions).  Individual must be a senior woman administrator.  The following Division II conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association, East Coast Conference, Great Lakes Valley Conference, Peach Belt Conference, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference, Mountain East Conference, NE-10 Conference.
  • Division II Academics Requirement Committee – staff contact: Rachel Denton.  One immediate vacancy (replacing Hayley Treadway). The following Division II conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: California Collegiate Athletic Association, Great Lakes Valley Conference, Great Midwest Athletic Conference, Gulf South Conference, Pacific West Conference, South Atlantic Conference.
  • Division II Membership Committee – staff contact: Angela Tressel.  One immediate vacancy (replacing Rob Mallory). The following Division II conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Conference Carolinas, East Coast Conference, Great Lakes Intercollegiate Conference, Great Lakes Valley Conference, Great Northwest Athletic Conference, Lone Star Conference, Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association, NE-10 Conference, South Atlantic Conference.
  • Division II Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Committee – staff contact: Lindsey Eldred.  One immediate vacancy (replacing Katelyn Smith).  Individual must be an administrator from the South Central Region (men’s cross country and women’s cross country).
  • NCAA Division II Men’s Volleyball Committee – staff contact: Ethan Walker – Four January 2027 vacancies.  Committee preference: Geographic diversity.  Two positions must be filled by an administrator.
