As with all new systems, there are new instructions. Hopefully, this step-by-step process guide will assist you.

PLEASE NOTE:  Access to the new system is granted via the Single-Source Sign-On System. If you do not have an SSO account, please click "Register" on the first screen of the Nomination Site and follow the prompts. If you already have an SSO account, you may simply click "Login" on the first page.

Notes

• To be eligible to serve on a divisional committee, or as a divisional representative on an Association-wide or common committee, an individual must be salaried on a regular basis by an institution or conference in the same division and perform a regular staff function representing at least 50 percent of the normal workload for a staff member at that institution or conference, unless otherwise specified.
• Individuals with regional advisory committee (RAC) experience are encouraged to submit nominations for sports committees with RACs.

Division I

Nominations Due December 1, 2025:

• Division I Men’s Lacrosse Playing Rules Subcommittee – Staff contact: Connor Lancashire – One immediate at-large vacancy.  The following conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Atlantic Sun Conference, Big East Conference, Big Ten Conference, Ivy League, Patriot League.

Division II

• NCAA Division II Membership Committee – staff contact:  Jordan Lysiak – one immediate vacancy replacing Thomas Newsom.  Individual must be a chancellor or president.  
• NCAA Division II Women's Rowing Committee – staff contact:  Zach Christopher – One immediate vacancy (East region) replacing Michiel Bartman.  Coach or administrator (committee preference – coach).

Division III

• NCAA Women's Bowling Committee – staff contact:  Eric Breece – one immediate Division III vacancy replacing Diane Jones.  Nominees must be a coach from the Northeast region.
• NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Committee – staff contact: Kevin Alcox - one immediate vacancy (Region IV).  Coach or administrator, replacing Mark Griffin.
• NCAA Division III Championship Committee – staff contact: Laura Peterson-Mlynski -one immediate vacancy replacing Mo Harty.  The following conferences are currently serving or will be serving and are not eligible for this vacancy: Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference, Collegiate Conference of the South, Middle Atlantic Conferences, New Jersey Athletic Conference, Northwest Conference, Ohio Athletic Conference, Old Dominion Athletic Conference, Presidents’ Athletic Conference, State University of New York Athletic Conference, United East Conference, Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
