Before You Submit a Nomination
Eligibility to Serve
To be eligible to serve on a divisional committee, or as a divisional representative on an Association-wide or common committee, an individual must be salaried on a regular basis by an institution or conference in the same division and perform a regular staff function representing at least 50% of the normal workload, unless otherwise specified.

Division I September 2026 Vacancy Timeline
Nominations Due October 19, 2026
In anticipation of legislation being approved in January 2027, we are starting the process to solicit nominations for the committee listed below:
- NCAA Women’s Flag Football Committee – staff contact: Ryan Tressel. Seven January 2027 vacancies. There must be one representative from each division. Three positions must be filled by administrators. One position will be filled by a Division I student-athlete. Committee preference: individuals who have experience/expertise with women’s flag football.

- NCAA Division II Women’s Golf Committee – staff contact: Mariah Martin. One immediate vacancy. West Region. Individual must be an administrator.
Nominations Due October 19, 2026
In anticipation of legislation being approved in January 2027, we are starting the process to solicit nominations for the two committees below:
- NCAA Women’s Flag Football Committee – staff contact: Ryan Tressel. Seven January 2027 vacancies. There must be one representative from each division. Three positions must be filled by administrators. One position will be filled by a Division I student-athlete. Committee preference: individuals who have experience/expertise with women’s flag football.
- NCAA Division II Men’s Volleyball Committee – staff contact: Ethan Walker. Four January 2027 vacancies. Committee preference: Geographic diversity. Two positions must be filled by an administrator.

Division III January 2027 Vacancy Timeline
Nominations Due September 29, 2026
- NCAA Divisions II and III Baseball Playing Rules Committee – staff contact: Stanley Broaden. One immediate vacancy (replacing Michael Impellittiere). Individual may be a coach or administrator. The following Division III conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference, Landmark Conference, and Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
- Division III Baseball Committee– staff contact: JP Williams. One immediate vacancy (replacing Michael Armstrong). Individual must be from Region VII and may be a coach or administrator.
