Committee Vacancies

Welcome to the new database for NCAA Committee Vacancies. We hope you find the new system quicker and easier for you to enter nominations. As you are going through the new process, please feel free to send us questions, comments and suggestions to: ncaacommadmin@ncaa.org. We look forward to hearing your feedback.

As with all new systems, there are new instructions. Hopefully, this step-by-step process guide will assist you.

PLEASE NOTE:  Access to the new system is granted via the Single-Source Sign-On System. If you do not have an SSO account, please click "Register" on the first screen of the Nomination Site and follow the prompts. If you already have an SSO account, you may simply click "Login" on the first page.

Notes

  • To be eligible to serve on a divisional committee, or as a divisional representative on an Association-wide or common committee, an individual must be salaried on a regular basis by an institution or conference in the same division and perform a regular staff function representing at least 50 percent of the normal workload for a staff member at that institution or conference, unless otherwise specified.
  • Individuals with regional advisory committee (RAC) experience are encouraged to submit nominations for sports committees with RACs.
  • For information about the responsibilities of the committee, please reach out to the staff contact for each respective committee.  

Division I

Nominations Due October 17, 2025:

In anticipation of legislation being approved by all three divisions in January, we are starting the process to solicit nominations for two brand new NCAA National Collegiate Sport Committees. 

  • These new committees will have 6 members with at least one member from each division.
  • Division I conferences may submit one nominee who is an administrator and one nominee who is a coach.
  • Two positions must be filled by administrators.
  • The preference is for individuals who have experience/expertise in the respective sports.
  • NCAA Women’s Acrobatics and Tumbling Committee – staff contact: TBD – Six January 2026 vacancies.  There must be one representative from each division.  Two positions must be filled by administrators. Committee preference: individuals who have experience/expertise with women’s acrobatics and tumbling.
  • NCAA Women’s Stunt Committee – staff contact: TBD – Six January 2026 vacancies.  There must be one representative from each division.  Two positions must be filled by administrators. Committee preference: individuals who have experience/expertise with women’s stunt.

Nominations Due October 3, 2025:

  • NCAA Board of Governors Finance and Audit Committee – Staff contacts: Amanda ConklinMario Morris and Stephanie Quigg. 5 vacancies for Division I practitioners effective January 1, 2026:
    • Representatives will be selected by the NCAA Division I Board of Directors Executive Subcommittee.
    • Practitioner seats are intended for institutional and conference representatives below the president/chancellor level, with a preference for individuals that have significant finance experience.
    • Deadline to submit nominations is October 3.
    • At least one representative must be from the A4.
    • The following conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for these vacancies: Southeastern Conference and Atlantic Sun Conference

Division II

Also, in anticipation of legislation being approved in January, we are starting the process to solicit nominations for the Division II Women’s Bowling Committee.

  • NCAA Division II Women’s Bowling Committee – staff contact: Corey Bray – Four January 2026 vacancies.  Committee preference: two representatives from the North region and two representatives from the South region.  One position must be filled by an administrator.

Division III
