• Division II Men’s Soccer Committee – staff contact: Eric Breece.  One immediate vacancy replacing Mike Lavato.  Individual may be a coach or administrator and must be from the East region (Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference, East Coast Conference, Northeast – 10).
• Division II Men’s and Women’s Tennis Committee – staff contact: Lindsey Eldred.  One September vacancy, South Central region (men’s tennis and women’s tennis). Individual may be a coach or administrator.

Division III January 2027 Vacancy Timeline

Nominations Due August 31, 2026

• Division III Presidents Council – staff contact: Louise McCleary, Bill Regan, Jeff Myers.  Seven January 2027 vacancies (Three-year terms due to PC-MC rotation).  These vacancies are limited to the following conferences: American Rivers Conference, College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin, Empire 8 Conference, Little East Conference, Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference, Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, USA South Athletic Conference. Individuals must be a current chancellor or president from an institution within those conferences to be eligible for this committee. Experience with the governance structure as a current member of the Presidents’ Advisory Group or NCAA committee preferred. 
• Division III Management Council – staff contact: Bill Regan. Eric Hartung, Ali Spungen.  Seven January 2027 vacancies. Out of these vacancies, one must be a president or chancellor, one must be faculty athletic representative, and on must be an athletic direct report. These vacancies are limited to the following conferences: Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (three-year term),  Collegiate Conference of the South (three-year term), Great Northeast Athletic Conference (three-year term),  Northwest Conference (three-year term),  Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (four-year term), Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (four-year term),, Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (three-year term). Individuals must hold the following positions to be eligible for this committee: chancellor or presidents, athletic direct reports, director of athletics, senior woman administrators, faculty athletic representatives, and conference representatives.
• Division III Championship Committee – staff contact: Laura Peterson-Mlynski. Liz Suscha.  One immediate vacancy. This vacancy is open to Area 4 (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming). The following conferences from Area 4 are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Northwest Conference.
• Division III Financial Aid Committee – staff contact:  Eric Hartung. Vince Gmerek. Three January 2027 vacancies. One individual must be a financial aid administrator.  One Individual must be from Area 1 (Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont) and Two individuals must be from Area 3 (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia) The following conferences from Area 1 are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Little East Conference and Middle Atlantic Conferences. The conferences from Area 3 are currently represented and therefore not eligible for these vacancies: Collegiate Conference of the South and Presidents’ Athletic Conference.
• Division III Interpretations and Legislation Committee – staff contact: Jeff Myers, Corey Berg, Becca Trovato, Sarah Turner.  One January 2027 vacancy. Individual must be from Area 3 (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia). The following conferences from Area 3 are currently represented and therefore not eligible for these vacancies: University Athletic Association and USA South Athletic Conference.
• Division III Membership Committee – staff contact: Eric Hartung, Julie Zike, Vince Gmerek.  One January 2027 vacancy, One immediate vacancy – must be a faculty athletic representative.  Individuals must be from Area 2 (New York and Pennsylvania).  One must be female. The following conference from Area 2 is currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Empire 8.
• NCAA Division III Student-Athlete Advisory Committee – staff contact: Ali Spungen, Becca Trovato, Bryn Mangold, Jonathon Youngblood.  18 January 2027 vacancies. The vacancies are for the following conferences: Atlantic East Conference, Coast-to-Coast, College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin, Collegiate Conference of the South, Conference of New England, Liberty League, Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference, Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association, Middle Atlantic Conferences, Midwest Conference, New England Small College Athletic Conference, New England Men’s and Women’s Athletic Conference, North Atlantic Conference, Northwest Conference, Ohio Athletic Conference, Southern Athletic Association, Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference, State University of New York Athletic Conference. 
• Division III Committee on Student-Athlete Reinstatement – staff contact: Julie Zike, Liz Perry.  Five January 2027 vacancies. The following conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Liberty League, New England Men’s and Women’s Athletic Conference, St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, State University of New York Athletic Conference.
