Meet the NCAA’s 2023-24 Postgraduate Internship Program cohort

Meet the NCAA’s 2023-24 Postgraduate Internship Program cohort Intern class includes 22 former student-athletes

The NCAA's 2023-24 Postgraduate Internship Program cohort recently began their yearlong work experience at the national office in Indianapolis. The intern class comprises 32 college graduates, including 22 former student-athletes.

The Postgraduate Internship Program annually provides on-the-job learning experiences to college graduates who are passionate in their pursuit of a career in college sports administration. With a focus on ethnic minorities, women and former student-athletes, the yearlong program gives insight to the inner workings of college sports from the national perspective.

NCAA postgraduate interns receive comprehensive training, mentor assignments and networking opportunities throughout the internship. In their first week at the NCAA, this year's interns engaged with leaders of the Big Ten Conference and Northwestern in Chicago, as well as the Indiana Pacers. As part of the program, postgraduate interns plan and execute professional development site visits to conference offices, member campuses and affiliate organizations to further their knowledge of the collegiate sports industry and network with leaders.

Learn more about this year's intern class below. Check out the internship program page for more information on the program, including application details for the 2024-25 cohort, which opens Aug. 7 and closes Sept. 8.
