The hotel rates below are based on single through quad occupancy, per room, per night, and are subject to total taxes, currently at 17%. The rates below are inclusive of the hotel’s resort fee.

Meeting Space at the Anaheim Marriott, Hilton Anaheim & Anaheim Convention Center
Meeting requests at the 2027 NCAA Convention are open and should be submitted by Friday, Aug. 21.
The Anaheim Marriott, Hilton Anaheim and Anaheim Convention Center will serve as the primary meeting space. The NCAA reserves the right to refuse a meeting request by any individual or group for any reason.
For questions, email Bridget Fuller, director of major events at Short’s Travel.
Appointment of Delegates
Presidents, chancellors, directors of athletics and commissioners will receive emails in mid-November providing instructions to access the Appointment of Delegate Form specific to their school or conference, as applicable.
All names are automatically transferred to the Appointment of Delegate system once those individuals register for the NCAA Convention. If a name does not appear, that may mean the attendee either has not registered for the Convention or has selected conference affiliation instead of the employer during the registration process.
What is the NCAA’s policy on credential privileges?
Credentials are subject to terms and conditions for which they are issued. The NCAA reserves all rights and remedies to enforce adherence by credentialed people to NCAA policies. Anyone attending any meeting or event in conjunction with the NCAA Convention must be credentialed.
What is the dress code?
Dress for the NCAA Convention is business casual.
Does the NCAA provide transportation?
The NCAA will not provide transportation upon arrival to Anaheim. Convention attendees should secure their own reservations and are responsible for their own transportation costs to the Convention hotels.
The NCAA will provide complimentary airport shuttles to John Wayne Airport, Orange County, upon conclusion of the business sessions on Friday only.
When registering, why is my school not listed in the dropdown list?
- Please verify that you are registering under the correct division.
- If your school is in the process of reclassifying from one division to another, you will need to register under the division to which it is reclassifying.
- If you are still unable to locate your school in the dropdown list, contact ncaaconvention@shortstravel.com.
How do I get a copy of my registration confirmation?
If you have your confirmation number, you can log into the registration system. Enter your last name and registration ID at the bottom of the page. Once you have accessed your registration, click on the confirmation page, then click on “resend confirmation.” If you do not have your confirmation code, please email ncaaconvention@shortstravel.com.
Are meals included with my NCAA Convention on-site registration?
Your registration fee includes entry to each of the following:
- Reception — 5:15-6:15 p.m. Wednesday, Jan 13. Additional tickets are available for $40.
- Delegate breakfasts — 7-8 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, and Friday, Jan. 15.
I am registered to be on-site but am unable to attend. What do I do?
