Level III Secondary Infractions
The Level III/secondary enforcement group processes Level III and secondary violations self-reported through Requests/Self-Reports Online. The group also serves as a resource for NCAA members and staff by helping clarify and identify Level III/secondary violations.
About Level III/Secondary Violations
Level III/secondary violations are generally limited or isolated violations that provide no more than a minimal recruiting, competitive or other advantage. These violations are processed by enforcement’s Level III/secondary staff.
Reporting Level III/Secondary Violations
Schools self-report Level III and secondary violations through Requests/Self-Reports Online, commonly referred to as RSRO. The Level III/secondary enforcement group reviews and processes those reports.
Division I Definitions and Standard Penalties
Review Division I resources related to Level III violations, including definitions, standard penalties and violations resulting in head coach suspensions.
Division II and Division III Definitions and Standard Penalties
Review Division II and Division III resources related to secondary violations and standard penalties.
Fine Payments
Fines may be paid by credit card through RSRO or by check. Checks should be made payable to the NCAA and include the RSRO case number.
