Coaches

Programs direct participants in the development and demonstration of a personal and professional philosophy on how to mentor college athletes and run a successful program. Coaches learn about emotional intelligence and student-athlete welfare and impact initiatives, improve as public speakers, enhance leadership abilities and identify the skills related to specific coaching assignments.

Programming is available to coaches at all stages of their careers, with many talented up-and-comers identified and recommended by the National Football League and the highest-resource conferences (Atlantic Coast Conference, Big Ten Conference, Big 12 Conference, Pacific 12 Conference and Southeastern Conference). By attending, you are exposed to university, conference and NCAA administrators, as well as search firms and their role in college sports.
