
Facilitators for the Career in Sports Forum (CSF) work closely with participants to provide an engaging programming experience. Facilitators are assigned to lead teams in open dialogue about career exploration, interpersonal skills, and more. Facilitators at the CSF play an integral role in the learner's experience, and taking part provides an impactful opportunity to grow as a professional in collegiate athletics.
Career in Sports Forum Facilitator Application Dates
- Oct. 2, 2023: Facilitator Application opens (8 a.m. Eastern time)
- Nov. 10, 2023: Facilitator Application closes (5 p.m. Eastern time)
In order to be eligible to serve as a facilitator at the Career in Sports Forum, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Facilitators must have participated in the NCAA Effective Facilitation Workshop.
- Facilitators must be employed at an NCAA member school, conference office, or the NCAA national office.

- Career in Sports Forum Facilitator Virtual Training (TBD)
- Career in Sports Forum (Indianapolis, IN) May 30th- June 2nd
- Facilitators attendance is expected May 29th – June 2nd
All facilitators must be available to attend both Facilitator Training and the Career in Sports Forum for the full duration of each program.Â
How to ApplyÂ
The online application for eligible Career in Sports Forum Facilitators is available via the NCAA Program Hub during the dates outlined in the Key Dates box above.
CostÂ
Attendance at the forum is offered at no cost to the participants, NCAA member schools or conference offices. The NCAA covers all facilitator expenses related to travel, ground transportation, lodging and meals.
