The Career in Sports Forum (CSF) is an immersive, multi-day experience for NCAA student-athletes exploring careers in and beyond college athletics. Facilitators are the heart of the forum, guiding small learning communities, leading conversations and helping participants build clarity and confidence as they plan their next steps.
Serving as a facilitator offers a unique opportunity to support student-athlete development while strengthening your own leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
What facilitators do
- Lead small-group sessions and guide conversations on career paths, leadership and professional skills
- Support student-athletes as they reflect on interests, strengths and next steps
- Model effective facilitation, listening and coaching techniques
- Encourage dialogue, connection and peer learning within each group
- Collaborate with facilitators and NCAA staff to deliver a high-quality educational experience
Cost
The NCAA covers all facilitator expenses, including travel, ground transportation, lodging and meals. There is no cost to facilitators or their institutions.
Facilitators must be available for the February 2026 virtual training and for the full duration of the in-person forum, including arrival one day prior.
