Career in Sports Forum Facilitators

Facilitators for the Career in Sports Forum (CSF) play a vital role in shaping an engaging and impactful experience for participants. They are entrusted with leading teams in open discussions on career exploration, interpersonal skills, and other key topics. Serving as a facilitator not only enhances the participants' journey but also offers a meaningful opportunity for professional growth within collegiate athletics.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible to serve as a facilitator at the Career in Sports Forum, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Facilitators must have participated in the NCAA Effective Facilitation Workshop.
  • Facilitators must be employed at an NCAA member school, conference office, or the NCAA national office.

Cost 

Attendance at the forum is offered at no cost to the participants, NCAA member schools or conference offices. The NCAA covers all facilitator expenses related to travel, ground transportation, lodging and meals.

Important Dates

  • September 5, 2025: Application opens (8 a.m. ET)
  • October 10, 2025: Application closes (5 p.m. ET)
  • February 2026: Virtual Training
  • May 27 - 30, 2026: Career in Sports Forum (Indianapolis, IN)

All facilitators are required to be available to attend both the Virtual Training and the Career in Sports Forum for the full duration of each program, including attendance one day prior to the Career in Sports Forum (May 26-30, 2026).
