The NCAA Effective Facilitation Workshop is an interactive professional development program for administrators and coaches who want to strengthen how they lead conversations, meetings and educational sessions with student-athletes and staff.
Through guided practice, feedback and peer learning, participants build confidence as facilitators and leave with practical tools they can apply immediately on campus or within their conference office.

Through simulated facilitation experiences, peer and consultant feedback, and an applied curriculum, participants leave with a facilitation toolkit they can use in a variety of settings.
Eligibility
Current full-time employees at NCAA member schools, conference offices or affiliate organizations are eligible to apply. Ideal applicants:
- Lead or regularly contribute to meetings, trainings or team sessions
- Demonstrate interest in developing or refining facilitation skills
- Can describe how participation will support their professional growth
- Intend to apply learning to enhance the student-athlete experience
Cost
Participants cover travel to and from Las Vegas. The NCAA provides lodging, meals and program materials during the workshop.
