Facilitator Testimonials
"Having the opportunity to serve as a SALF facilitator was a great experience for me personally and professionally. I'm thankful for the relationships I formed with other individuals who are passionate about leadership development. These connections have helped me bring new ideas back to Hope College that allow us to impact the lives of student-athletes on our campus. SALF provides an environment that is inspiring, motivating, and encouraging."
- Caroline Dykstra, Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance and Leadership, Senior Woman Administrator, Hope College
“The SALF program was a holistic experience that challenged me as an administrator to continue to make a daily impact on our student-athletes’ lives. The amount of time and effort you put into this program will directly impact you, and once you complete the journey you will have a life-changing experience that you will never forget. My [Color Team] group was unlike anything I could have imagined. In, three day's we laughed, cried, and became vulnerable with one another. If you are looking for a challenge and want to enhance yourself and those around you, this is the program for you.”
- Julius Scott, Director of Compliance, Queens University of Charlotte
