The NCAA believes in and is committed to diversity, inclusion and gender equity among its student-athletes, coaches and administrators. The resources below are designed to help schools and conferences establish and maintain an inclusive culture that fosters equitable participation for student-athletes and career opportunities for coaches and administrators from diverse backgrounds.

50 Years of Title IX

Title IX’s 50th anniversary offers the opportunity to reflect on progress that has been made in many areas of education and to call attention to inequities and discrimination that continue to exist.

Annual conferences and seminars, as well as scholarships and grants, are funded by the Association to prepare student-athletes, postgraduate interns, coaches and administrators for leadership positions in college sports.
