The NCAA Impact Forum brings together leaders within higher education and intercollegiate athletics, including student-athletes, for transformational programming. This professional development experience offers educational and engaging sessions centered around creating cultures of belonging and well-being.
Participants gain practical information and tools related to community building and other learning strategies that they can take back to campus. Attendees also engage in sessions and dialogue focused on enhancing efforts to support all student-athletes and their unique experiences on campus.
The 2025 NCAA Impact Forum was held in Indianapolis on November 10–12. Future programming dates will be announced on this page when available.

Eligibility
The Impact Forum is designed for leaders within higher education and intercollegiate athletics, including student-athletes. In different years, programming may include opportunities for administrators, student-athletes and others.
Cost
- $149 registration fee for NCAA member administrators (2025)
- Free registration for students (2025)
Attendees are responsible for hotel and travel expenses. Hotel reservations were made during registration.
Program extensions
In some years, the NCAA Impact Forum includes additional, optional programming experiences designed for specific audiences. These opportunities may vary year to year and are not required to participate in the core Impact Forum.
Student-athlete experience programming
Student-athletes attending the 2025 NCAA Impact Forum participated in dedicated programming focused on leadership, well-being and creating inclusive environments across athletics and campus. All students received free registration to attend.
Fall Summit
This two-day professional development experience prior to the Impact Forum was designed for administrators across athletics focused on leadership, well-being, dialogue and relationship building. Applications were limited based on capacity.
Division II enhanced attendance
Through a strategic partnership, Division II provided fully funded opportunities for student-athletes, coaches, athletic administrators and administrators outside of the athletics department to attend the 2025 NCAA Impact Forum.
Implementation teams from up to 26 institutions committed to creating cultures of belonging and well-being on their campuses were selected to participate and developed action plans to support this work locally.
