Frequently Asked Questions

Appointment of Delegates:

Presidents, chancellors, directors of athletics and commissioners will receive emails in mid-November providing instructions to access the Appointment of Delegate Form specific to their school or conference, as applicable.

All names are automatically transferred to the Appointment of Delegate system once those individuals register for the NCAA Convention. If a name does not appear in the dropdown list, that may mean the attendee either has not registered for the Convention or has selected conference affiliation instead of the employer affiliation during the registration process.

Ask the individual to complete the registration or update the affiliation before trying again. If you continue to have issues, contact Short's Travel Management.

General Convention:

Credentials are subject to terms and conditions for which they are issued. The NCAA reserves all rights and remedies to enforce adherence by credentialed persons to NCAA policies. Anyone attending any meeting or event in conjunction with the NCAA Convention must be credentialed.
