2026 Regional Rules Seminar: May 13-15, Atlanta, Georgia

The NCAA Regional Rules Seminar is an NCAA legislation, athletics compliance and associated issues educational forum designed to benefit participants with different responsibilities, backgrounds, experiences and levels of expertise.

Eligibility

Attendees include athletics administrators, coaches and other campus administrators in the areas of financial aid, registration and admissions from Divisions I, II and III member schools and conferences.

Cost

  • Free for employees or students at NCAA member schools and conferences
  • A registration fee applies for non-member attendees
  • All attendees are responsible for travel, hotel and meals

Registration

Information on the seminar registration process will be available in early spring 2026.

Hotel accommodations

The NCAA Regional Rules Seminar typically occurs over multiple consecutive dates, and attendees have the opportunity to stay at the seminar hotel. The name and location of the 2026 seminar hotel property will be released when registration opens in early spring 2026.

Meeting space

NCAA members and conferences may request ancillary meeting space at the seminar location on a first-requested, first-served basis. A scheduling link will be available when registration opens in early spring 2026. The NCAA reserves the right to refuse a meeting request by any individual or group for any reason.
