Initial-Eligibility Waivers (IEW) are submitted by member institutions and processed by the. For more information on the IEW process, see the Resources box on the right-hand side of the page.

To submit an application for an Initial-Eligibility Waiver:

1. Log in to My Apps using your single-source sign-on credentials.
2. Scroll down to the My Applications link and click on Requests/Self-Reports Online (RSRO)*.
3. Click on the Request a Waiver or Reinstatement Tab.
4. Select from the drop-down menu to begin a request.

*If RSRO does not appear on the My Applications tab, contact your institutional Single-Source Sign-On Administrator to have the application added to your privileges.

Division I Early Academic Qualifier Transcript Submission Process and Waiver

Applications for an early academic certification transcript waiver must be submitted by the student-athlete's institution. Improperly submitted applications will not be processed or acknowledged.
