The NCAA Eligibility Center (formerly the NCAA Initial- Eligibility Clearinghouse) is the organization that handles ALL inquiries regarding an individual's initial-eligibility status. The Eligibility Center maintains and processes all of the initial-eligibility certifications.

Requests/Self-Reports Online (RSRO).
NCAA member institutions and conferences can request interpretive assistance from the NCAA Academic and Membership Affairs (AMA) staff using RSRO.
Instructions for Submitting an Interpretation Request Through RSRO.
1.  On the menu bar above, click on the Home tab.
2.  In the My Application Links, click on Requests/Self-Reports Online*.
3.  Click on Request or Self-Report.
4. Select Interpretation Request from the drop-down menu to begin your request.
Please send an email with your issue to rsro@ncaa.org if you have questions or have difficulty submitting your interpretation request.  Please include the case number in your email.
*If RSRO does not appear on the My Applications tab, contact your institutional Single-Source Sign-On administrator to discuss whether you should have the application added to your privileges.
AMA Interpretation Emergency Line.
This line is intended for use only by NCAA member conferences and institutions. The purpose of this line is to process emergency interpretive requests that must be answered within the next business day and when an institution or conference does not have sufficient time to submit the request via RSRO. All other interpretive requests should be submitted via RSRO. As part of this process, an institution or conference office will leave a detailed voicemail and an AMA staff member will contact the institution or conference office by telephone as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
