As with all new systems, there are new instructions. Hopefully, this step-by-step process guide will assist you.

PLEASE NOTE:  Access to the new system is granted via the Single-Source Sign-On System. If you do not have an SSO account, please click "Register" on the first screen of the Nomination Site and follow the prompts. If you already have an SSO account, you may simply click "Login" on the first page.

Notes

• To be eligible to serve on a divisional committee, or as a divisional representative on an Association-wide or common committee, an individual must be salaried on a regular basis by an institution or conference in the same division and perform a regular staff function representing at least 50 percent of the normal workload for a staff member at that institution or conference, unless otherwise specified.
• Individuals with regional advisory committee (RAC) experience are encouraged to submit nominations for sports committees with RACs.

Division I

Nominations Due November 17, 2025:

• NCAA Men's Gymnastics Committee – Staff contact:  Alyssa Rice – One Immediate vacancy: Any subdivision, any region, administrator.  The following conferences have institutions that are eligible for these vacancies: Atlantic Coast Conference, Mountain West Conference, Patriot League.
• NCAA Men’s and Women’s Rifle Committee – Staff contact: Victoria Lipscomb – One immediate vacancy: Coach.  The following conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: American Conference, Big 12 Conference, Mountain West Conference, Patriot League, Southeastern Conference.
• Division I Men’s Lacrosse Playing Rules Subcommittee – Staff contact: Connor Lancashire – One immediate at-large vacancy.  The following conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Atlantic Sun Conference, Big East Conference, Big Ten Conference, Ivy League, Patriot League.
• Division I Men’s Wrestling Playing Rules Subcommittee – Staff contact: Ashlee Follis – Two immediate at-large vacancies.  The following conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for these vacancies: Atlantic Coast Conference, Big Ten Conference, Mid-American Conference, Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

Nominations Due November 20, 2025:

• NCAA Division II Membership Committee – staff contact:  Jordan Lysiak – one January vacancy replacing Thomas Newsom. The individual must be a chancellor or president.
• NCAA Division II Nominating Committee – staff contact:  Jen Roe – one January vacancy replacing Diana Kling.
• NCAA Division II Strategic Planning and Finance Committee – staff contact:  Maritza Jones – one January vacancy replacing Frank Wu.
• NCAA Division II Internship Grant Selection Committee – staff contact:  Ashley Jocelyn – two immediate vacancies replacing Samm Chavez and John Kietzmann (at least one nominee must be male). Two September 2026 vacancies – one must be a former recipient or served as a supervisor or mentor of a former recipient.
• Division II Coaching Enhancement Grant Selection Committee – staff contact: Ashley Jocelyn.  One immediate vacancy.  Two September 2026 vacancies.  Out of the three vacancies: one must be male, and one must be a former recipient or served as a supervisor or mentor of a former recipient.
• Division II Strategic Alliance Matching Grant Selection Committee – staff contact: Ashley Jocelyn. One immediate vacancy.  Three September 2026 vacancies.  Out of the four vacancies: one must be female, and one must be a former recipient or served as a supervisor or mentor of a former recipient
• NCAA Divisions II and III Men's Wrestling Rules Committee – staff contact:  Ashlee Follis - one immediate Division II vacancy (coach or administrator) replacing Wyatt Hall. 

Nominations Due November 11, 2025:

• NCAA Divisions II and III Football Rules Committee – staff contact:  Ty Halpin - One immediate Division II vacancy – Super Region 4 (South Central/West) – coach or administrator. 
• NCAA Divisions II and III Women's Lacrosse Rules Committee – staff contact:  J.D. Hamilton - Two immediate Division II vacancies – individuals may be a coach or administrator (committee preference – one coach and one administrator).  
• NCAA Divisions II and III Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Rules Committee - staff contact:  Jay Fitzwater - One immediate Division II vacancy – coach or administer.
• NCAA Divisions II and III Men's Wrestling Rules Committee – staff contact:  Ashlee Follis - two immediate Division II vacancies – coach or administrator. 
• NCAA Division II Infractions Appeals Committee – staff contact:  Alex Smith – one immediate vacancy replacing Chris Snyder.
• NCAA Division II Coaching Enhancement Grant Selection Committee – staff contact:  Ashley Jocelyn – one immediate vacancy replacing Kristen Rogers.
• NCAA Division II Women's Rowing Committee – staff contact:  Zach Christopher – One immediate vacancy (East region) replacing Michiel Bartman.  Coach or administrator (committee preference – coach).

In anticipation of legislation being approved in January, we are starting the process to solicit nominations for the Division II Women’s Bowling Committee.

• NCAA Division II Women’s Bowling Committee – staff contact: Eric Breece – Four January 2026 vacancies.  Committee preference: two representatives from the North region and two representatives from the South region.  One position must be filled by an administrator. (In anticipation of legislation being approved in January.)

Division III

• NCAA Women's Bowling Committee – staff contact:  Eric Breece – one immediate Division III vacancy replacing Diane Jones.  Nominees must be a coach from the Northeast region.
• NCAA Divisions II and III Men's and Women's Ice Hockey Rules Committee – staff contact:  Ty Halpin – one immediate Division III vacancy replacing Whitney Colbert.

Nominations Due November 11, 2025:

• NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Committee – staff contact:  Kelly Whitaker – One immediate vacancy replacing Gary Stewart.  Nominees must be from Region V – coach or administrator.  
• NCAA Division III Men's Ice Hockey Committee – staff contact:  Will Hopkins – One immediate vacancy replacing Danielle Harris.  Nominees must be from the West region and be an administrator.
