The airport is less than half an hour from the downtown area hotels depending on traffic conditions.  The most common ways to travel to your hotel include either taking a taxi cab (approximately $35 one-way); securing a ride with Embarque (formerly Carey Limo of Indiana) ($35 one-way); or taking the Go Express Travel bus ($10 one-way).  You will need to pay for the airport transportation as these expenses are expected to be covered by per diem. Embarque has a booth in the ground transportation center to check in upon your arrival. Advance reservations are highly recommended but not required. Twenty-four hour advance reservations for return trips are required.
