NCAA VP of Communications explains Division I reform progress

Pete Thamel's recent assertion in Sports Illustrated that the Division I reform effort has yielded few results is wrong. In fact, of the 49 proposals considered, 34 have been adopted, 11 are in progress, and 4 have been defeated.
