Registration open for NCAA Inclusion Forum

Registration is now open for the annual NCAA Inclusion Forum, which will be conducted April 30-May 2 in Indianapolis.

The forum brings together intercollegiate athletics leaders who are passionate about improving the educational and professional environment for student-athletes, coaches and staff.

Featured speakers will include NCAA President Mark Emmert; sports journalist and author Christine Brennan; sports attorney Janet Judge; and Aimee Mullins, a Paralympic medalist and motivational speaker.

Sessions will engage participants on a range of topics related to policy, research and best practices for racial and ethnic minorities, women, international student-athletes, LGBTQ individuals and disability/access to sport.

Particular topics include:

  • Divisional hot topics, including Division I working group initiatives and NCAA Institutional Performance Program proposals.
  • In-depth Title IX training discussing the law, EADA and audits. 
  • Equitable pay and personnel policies. 
  • Office for Civil Rights guidance regarding sports opportunities for disabled students.
  • Student-athlete inclusion, leadership and experience evaluations.
  • Developing fair learning, work competitive environments for the LGBTQ community.
  • Mentoring and retaining coaches.
