Processing Schedule
Applications are usually processed based on the approximate schedule below:
| Season | Start |
| Spring | after February 1 |
| Summer | March/April (approvals will never be posted before the NCAA Final Four) |
| Fall | after the summer evaluation period - apx. mid August |
Review forms are usually processed based on the approximate schedule below:
| Season | Start |
| Spring | after the summer evaluation period, but fall applications will take precedence |
| Summer | sometime in September/October |
| Fall | December/January - summer review forms and spring applications will take precedence |
