WelcomeCFO Registration for the 2010 season begins June 1st Welcome to College Football Officiating, LLC (CFO), the organization founded by our Division I conferences and the NCAA to enhance the educational experience of collegiate football officials. As we enter our second season utilizing the CFO.ArbiterSports.com website resources, we want to share our vision for this season’s online content. Our plans for the 2010 season include increased national training video presentations via the site, periodic rules focus topics, the 2010 CFO/NCAA National Rules Test and a real-time forum to communicate our national concepts on a regular schedule and with improved efficiency for all.
