The NCAA national office (staff) does not manage or monitor the licensing programs/policies of any NCAA member institution (college, university, conference or affiliate member).

In order to obtain permission to use any college or conference properties or to inquire about their guidelines, you will need to contact the institutions individually since each has a different set of guidelines. The NCAA does not maintain a list of each school's licensee contacts.
