"The leadership conference represents the fundamental commitment of Division III to the well-being of its student-athletes. It prepares student-athletes to fully achieve their potential as leaders, not only on campus, but in their conference, Division III, the NCAA and their community. It is an enjoyable and rewarding program that recognizes and builds upon the realities of our diverse and challenging world."
