The 2011 Women’s Final Four will be played Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. Division I Women’s Basketball Committee members had considered hosting the event in Indianapolis’ Lucas Oil Stadium but decided that Conseco would be a more appropriate site.
Applications for grants from the annual $250,000 Division II membership fund are due April 30. The fund is designed to retain current schools and attract new members to the division. Awards for this application period will be selected in June and allocated in August 2010.
