The Division I Leadership Council is an advisory body to the Division I Board of Directors. It identifies issues important to the future of Division I and offers its expertise in defining appropriate action items.
The following committees report to the Division I Leadership Council on policy issues:

The Division I Leadership Council along with the Division I Legislative Council have replaced the former Division I Management Council.
