The NCAA Coaches Recruiting (Certification) Test is administered by a designated proctor to coaches currently employed at an NCAA member institution per NCAA Bylaw 11.5 (certification to recruit off campus). Proctors are designated by the department of athletics compliance office at a member institution. Results and compliance with Bylaw 11.5 are monitored by conference offices.
Coaches should direct questions or concerns to their institution's compliance office or designated proctor.
