The NCAA Market reserves the right to refuse any advertisements. Advertisements for the particular position of "senior woman administrator" is prohibited. The NCAA Market does not accept ads which use SWA or "senior woman administrator" as a job description because setting aside a position for a particular gender is illegal, except in rare circumstances. Choosing an individual as the SWA should only be done after hiring or by choosing from among existing employees.
