CONFERENCE
CENTER
With 10,000
square feet and located on the first floor of the NCAA National
Office in White River State Park, the Conference Center is available
for use by area businesses and organizations. Ideal for sales
meetings, receptions, special events and other gatherings, the
NCAA Conference Center offers several options in meeting facilities.
In total, the center consists of a state-of-the-art auditorium,
six conference rooms, a ballroom, three boardrooms and an atrium
reception area.
Theodore
Roosevelt Atrium
The dramatic, four-story venue is the gem of the Conference Center,
allowing visitors a unique perspective of the National Office.
As visitors look up into the barrel ceiling, they will note the
open-concept staff offices on the second, third and fourth floors.

Walter
Byers Auditorium
Named for the first executive director of the NCAA, the ADA-compliant
auditorium seats 132 people at desks with swivel chairs.
Palmer
Pierce Room
The namesake of the first NCAA president, the meeting room is
approximately 3,000 square feet, accommodating 180 people at six-foot
rounds or up to 275 people for a theatre-style meeting. The room
is equally divisible by three and contains rear screen data/video
projection.
Cedric Dempsey Room
Named for the NCAA's previous top executive, the room is 1,880 square feet with a drop-down screen and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Great Hall
Located just inside the front doors of the NCAA Hall of Champions,
the 4,200 square foot Great Hall and second floor mezzanine are
perfect for receptions from 100 to 1,000 people.
Celebration
Plaza
Flanked by the NCAA Conference Center, the National Federation
of State High School Associations and the NCAA Hall of Champions,
the open-air Celebration Plaza conveniently sits on the canal
of White River State Park, offering a fabulous venue for late
spring, summer and early fall events for over 1,000 people.
The NCAA Conference
Center is designed to accommodate gatherings of 50 to 1000 people,
from sales meetings to major management retreats. Organizations
