Please include a statement that describes:

  1. Your experience in the role of FAR;
  2. Your view of the potential value of attending the Advanced Leadership Institute:
  3. The unique qualities and characteristics you would bring to the Advanced Leadership Institute and the growing network of Division II FARs.

In addition, please answer the following question:


Topics for the Advanced Leadership Institute

  1. Developing the role of FARs as primary advocates for Division II intercollegiate athletics in the campus community and beyond; and for assuring high quality student-athlete experience;
  2. Enhancing the role of FARs in promoting the Division II identity and strategic positioning platform;
  3. Enhancing the role of FARs at the conference level; and
  4. Enhancing the role of FARs at the national level (NCAA and FARA governance), including opportunities for FARs to communicate the Division II story.
