Division I National SAAC Video Contest

What is it? The Division I National Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) would like to invite all Division I NCAA institutions to create a video promoting SAAC on their campus focusing on the student-athlete voice and how SAAC effectively operates on each campus. This is your way to show What is SAAC?”

What to do? Get started now on creating your “What is SAAC?” video!  Video submissions will be evaluated on effectiveness of message, creativity, quality and ability to demonstrate how effectively SAAC operates. Your video should also include how athletic administrators, faculty, coaches and student-athletes contribute to SAAC.

Deadline for Video Submission:  April 1, 2017.

Winner will be Announced:  April 6, 2017 (National Student-Athlete Day).

Winning Prize:  An award of $2,000 will be provided to the institution with the winning video to be used to support campus SAAC operations and activities.

What to submit?

  • Send video web link to
  • Submissions must include the name, email address, and phone number of each individual who appears in the video or was involved in the production of the video, the name of the primary NCAA institution and conference (if applicable) and the name of the primary athletic administrator who is affiliated with the video submission.
  • Only complete submissions can be considered for the prize.

Maximum Length:  2 minutes.
