The NCAA Basketball Certification Staff utilized the maps obtained from State Departments of Transportation to make the determination as to which athletes reside in the metro area.  The most common cities where this rule applies are included below.  At present, many of the links are not active as the maps are still being uploaded to the NCAA Web site.  More links will be made active as maps are added.
