I am an avid Kentucky Wildcat fan and greatly disappointed in the NCAA's ruling on Enes Kanter's eligibility but not shocked by it. Why? Because it's a player for Kentucky they were ruling on! As everybody knows, the NCAA ruled in Kansas' favor in the Josh Shelby situation. He also received improper benefits but, he gets to sit out 9 games and pay back $5,000 dollars before playing. Why couldn't this have been done for Kentucky and Enes Kanter!? I knew the NCAA would do this to UK. I had no doubts concerning this! I'm shocked they didn't try to drag out the Eric Bledsoe incident in order to try and hurt UK some how. When they couldn't they used the Kanter incident to make up for it. If this had been North Carolina, UCLA and especially Duke they would have allowed him to play somehow! All Kentucky fans know this. I have no respect at all for the NCAA. They are privileged to have such a great iconic program like Kentucky as a member. Not just UK, but the other programs I already mentioned. Get your act together guys and stop playing favorites!!!!!
