Promotional Materials Assistance

The NCAA will provide member institutions a reimbursement of up to $250 for NCAA men’s and women’s basketball promotional materials which include the use of the new NCAA Basketball logo and/or the NCAA Women’s Basketball logo and tagline.

Here is how the program works:

• The first 30 schools or conferences in each division to respond will be reimbursed $250 toward the purchase of promotional materials.
• Each school/conference must create its own promotional materials art layout.
• The creative must include the use of the new NCAA Basketball logo and/or the NCAA Women’s Basketball logo and tagline.
• Submit the art layout to the NCAA (Kellie Leeman; ) for approval.

Examples of promotional materials items approved for use include but are not limited to:

• Posters
• Schedule cards/magnets
• Print advertising
• Television advertising
• Billboards
• Ticket brochures
• Table tents
• Promotional flyers
• Banners

Guidelines for promotional materials creative:

• A men's and/or women's basketball team, game, season or promotion must be promoted.
• No corporate marks shall appear anywhere on the promotional materials.
• The promotional materials MUST include the new NCAA Basketball logo and/or the NCAA Women’s Basketball logo and tagline.

All participants must submit their creative for approval prior to production and/or use. Creative not submitted to the NCAA for approval will NOT be reimbursed.
Reimbursement process:

• Invoice must directly bill the NCAA, Attn: Kellie Leeman. The NCAA cannot pay invoices that are billed directly to your institution and submitted to the NCAA. The vendor may directly bill the NCAA or the institution may directly bill the NCAA.
• The following must be included on the invoice: entity that check should be made payable to, amount of reimbursement and mailing address for check.
• Please allow 21 business days for checks to be processed and mailed.
