Athletics directors -- Beth Goetz was named interim athletics director at Minnesota. She has served as the university's deputy athletics director and Senior Woman Administrator for the past three years. Prior to Minnesota, Goetz spent four and a half years at Butler as an associate athletics director and SWA … Moravian hired George Bright, Lafayette's associate director of athletics since 2001, as the Greyhounds' new athletic director. Bright joined Lafayette in 1993 as an assistant athletic director. He replaces Scot Dapp, who announced his retirement in May … Jason Butikofer, formerly serving as Army’s senior associate athletic director, was named Southern Utah’s athletic director. While at Army, Butikofer oversaw operations, corporate sponsorships and ticket sales before supervising many of the school’s athletic teams. Before that, he served as a director of funding and seating at Minnesota and has experience with Arizona State, Iowa and in the NFL with the St. Louis Rams … Scranton appointed Dave Martin as director of athletics. Martin replaces Toby Lovecchio, a 1985 graduate of the university who served as director of athletics since 1997 and will remain within the department as an associate director. Martin comes to the university after serving an 11-year tenure as director of athletics at Misericordia in Dallas, Pennsylvania. He also spent 14 seasons there as head men’s basketball coach and served as associate director of athletics and coordinator of athletic recruiting. He led the Cougars to 178 wins, including 11 Pennsylvania Athletic Conference postseason tournament berths, and served as interim head women’s basketball coach during the 2012 season, leading the Cougars to their first Freedom Conference title and NCAA tournament bid … Fayetteville State appointed Anthony Todd Bennett as director of athletics. Bennett is no stranger to FSU athletics. For five years, he served as assistant director for operations and athletic compliance. Bennett will be responsible for 10 varsity sports programs and more than 20 coaches and assistants … Jeremy McClain was introduced as Troy’s new director of athletics. McClain, who has served as the deputy director of athletics at Southern Mississippi for the past three years, succeeds John Hartwell, who was named vice president and director of athletics at Utah State in July … Tom Rubbelke has announced that the 2015-16 academic year, his 12th as director of athletics, will be his last at Concordia (Minnesota). Rubbelke will retire at the conclusion of the athletics season having spent parts of four decades in the department. Rubbelke was named to the post on December 27, 2004 after serving as assistant athletic director and compliance coordinator since May 1, 2002. He came to Concordia in 1983 as an assistant softball coach until he was named head softball coach in 1998, leading the team for seven years before his appointment to the AD post … Akron hired Larry Williams as the Zips' director of athletics. Williams brings a diverse athletics background and proven track record with him to Akron. Throughout his career, he has been a NCAA Division I athletic director, collegiate and professional athlete, including a stint with the Cleveland Browns, practicing attorney, media talent, university marketing administrator, and most recently, a top executive in the corporate trademark licensing and marketing industry. Williams replaces Tom Wistrcill, who returned to the Learfield Sports' University Partnership Group as senior vice president … IUPUI announced that longtime athletics administrator Alfreeda Goff will serve as the department's interim director of athletics. Goff recently stepped down as senior associate commissioner and chief championships administrator at the Horizon League after a 17-year run at the Indianapolis-based office. Goff takes over for Michael Moore, who stepped down earlier this month after 19-plus years as IUPUI's director of athletics … Wisconsin-Superior has announced that Steve Nelson, director of athletics since 2004, has accepted the Voluntary Separation Incentive offered to qualified university employees in the spring and set his retirement date of September 30, 2015. During his time as athletics director, Nelson has helped UW-Superior grow its athletics department, including the addition of men's soccer, women's hockey and women's golf as varsity sports. Men's golf has also returned to varsity status and will begin competing this fall. In addition, several Yellowjacket sports have added junior varsity programs, further increasing the athletic opportunities that UW-Superior offers. Nelson will be replaced on an interim basis by UW-Superior head baseball coach Nick Bursik. Bursik, a 2012 graduate of UW-Superior, took over as head coach of the Yellowjacket baseball team in 2013 after serving one season as an assistant coach. In addition to his coaching duties, Bursik has served as a marketing specialist on the UW-Superior campus. He takes the reins of the athletics department as a new era dawns with the Yellowjackets moving to the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference … Kenneth “Ziggy” Siegfried was named director of athletics at CSU Bakersfield. Siegfried, 34, becomes only the third director of athletics at CSU Bakersfield since intercollegiate athletics began in 1971. Siegfried, formerly the senior associate athletics director for external relations, has been serving as interim director of athletics since July of 2014 … Lori Mazza, the Pittsburgh at Bradford’s athletic director for the past 17 years, decided to resign from her position. Mazza accepted a position as associate vice president for Leagues, Affiliate and Championships/Senior Woman Administrator with the Eastern College Athletic Conference.

Associate athletics directors -- South Dakota School of Mines & Technology announced that SD Mines women’s volleyball head coach Tiffany McCampbell has been promoted to associate athletic director for internal operations. In addition to heading up internal operations for Hardrocker athletics, McCampbell will become the Title IX coordinator and the athletic student success coordinator. She will also retain her duties as the Senior Woman Administrator … Once a standout field hockey player at Delaware, Jennifer Judy returned to her alma mater to assume the role of associate athletics director for student-athlete development and Senior Woman administrator. Judy returns to Delaware after spending the previous 10 years at UD’s Colonial Athletic Association rival Towson. She began her tenure there in 2005 and served as coordinator of team support services and director of team support and camp services before being promoted to associate athletics director, chief of staff, in December of 2013 … Courtney Vinson, who has served as an assistant athletic director at UCF the past four years, has been named the associate athletic director for sport services and Senior Woman Administrator at Memphis. Vinson will oversee the operations of the athletics office of compliance, including certification, scholarships and the scholarship book process. Also among her responsibilities, she will also serve as the sport administrator for several sports. Vinson will also serve as a liaison with academic advising and co-support the operations of the CHAMPS Life Sills program … New Hampshire announced Jon Danos was hired as the senior associate athletic director for external affairs. The position oversees UNH athletics revenue generation, including ticket sales and third party multi-media rights sales, marketing and promotions, communications, television and radio contracts, licensing, merchandising and Wildcat Sport Properties. Danos, who graduated from UNH with a bachelor of science degree in business administration in 1990, returns to Durham following 25 years in minor league baseball, and the last 12 years with Opening Day Partners and Maryland Baseball as partner, President and COO … Manhattan announced the promotion of Amanda McEntire to associate director of athletics for facilities and event management. Within her promotion, McEntire will also add on sport administrator responsibilities and will oversee the women’s rowing program, which became Manhattan’s 19th intercollegiate sport offering this past April. McEntire will be involved with all aspects of the program while working directly with head coach James Foley … Maryland named Tyler Mariucci associate athletics director for sports administration and development relations. Mariucci, 30, will be a member of the senior leadership staff and will also serve as the sport supervisor for the following intercollegiate teams at Maryland: women’s basketball, baseball, field hockey, wrestling, women's golf, women's lacrosse, men's outdoor track & field, women's cross country, women's indoor track and field, women's outdoor track and field and women’s tennis … Todd Goodale has been promoted to senior associate athletics director for external affairs at Virginia. He currently oversees the athletics department's marketing and promotions, media relations, ticketing, strategic ticketing, and video services units and is the university's licensing director. Goodale was a staff member of UVa's multi-media rights holder properties from 1995-2004 before becoming the athletics department's director of video services. He was elevated to associate athletics director for marketing and video services in 2006 … Steve Pritzker has been promoted senior associate athletics director for business operations and chief financial officer for Virginia. He returned to UVa in 2013 after a year as Iowa's head rowing coach. Pritzker will supervise Virginia's rowing program as part of his new role as senior associate athletics director. He spent nine years as a member of the Cavaliers' rowing coaching staff from 2004 to 2012. In 2007 he was promoted to associate head coach. During his time as a coach at Virginia, Pritzker helped guide the Cavaliers to NCAA team championships in 2010 and 2012. He also coached the Varsity 4 to four individual national championships and the Cavaliers won eight ACC titles … Valerie Richardson has been promoted to senior associate athletics director for programs at Virginia. A member of Virginia's senior administrative team for the last seven years, Richardson supervises the men's and women's cross country and track and field, men's soccer, softball, women's tennis, volleyball and wrestling programs. She also participates on various ACC, UVa and departmental committees and has responsibilities in long-range planning and scheduling, policy and procedure development and implementation, and budgeting … Eric Baumgartner was named associate athletics director for student service at Virginia. He joined the athletics department in October 2011 as associate athletics director of compliance. He came to Charlottesville from Georgia, where he was the associate athletics director of compliance … Adrien Harraway was promoted to associate athletics director for student services at Virginia. He has served as associate athletics director of academic affairs since January 2012. Under his direction, the academic affairs unit has helped UVa student-athletes excel in the classroom. The department's overall student-athlete grade point average has been 3.0 in three of the last four semesters. The overall student-athlete grade point average of 3.022 for the Spring 2015 semester was the highest since 2003. As part of his expanded responsibilities, Harraway will supervise Virginia's Life Skills Program … Ann Traphagen has been promoted to associate athletic director from her previous role as assistant athletic director at Augustana (South Dakota). Traphagen begins her eighth year at Augustana in 2015-16, spending the previous seven as the assistant athletic director and Senior Woman Administrator. Evans is entering his fourth year at Augustana and will continue to oversee public and media relation efforts for the athletic department while also serving as the webmaster for www.goaugie.com … Longtime Middle Tennessee golf coach Whit Turnbow has stepped down from his head coaching position to accept a promotion to senior associate athletic director for strategic initiatives and resource enhancement and will oversee revenue generating arms of the athletic department, including the Blue Raider Athletic Association, Blue Raider Sports Properties, Marketing and licensing. The Shelbyville, Tennessee, native will also have sport oversight of baseball, men's and women's tennis and men's and women's golf … Missouri announced the addition of Ryan Bradley to its leadership team, serving in the role of senior associate athletics director of strategic communications.

Bradley, 33, joins the Mizzou Family from Memphis, where he teamed with current Mizzou Deputy Director of Athletics Wren Baker and oversaw Memphis athletics' external units, including public relations, branding, marketing, ticketing and digital media … John Cunningham is joining Syracuse as deputy athletics director for administration. An experienced collegiate athletics administrator, Cunningham most recently worked at Boise State as the senior associate athletics director for external relations and executive director for NCAA Compliance … Dot Houston, who has served previously as the assistant athletics director, was promoted to the associate athletics director for administration and compliance at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. She will continue to serve as the senior woman administrator within the department. Houston’s new role includes oversight of the men’s tennis, men’s and women’s cross country and men’s golf programs. She will also serve as the direct report for sports medicine and will manage facility scheduling and rentals … Daniel Spiegel joined Cal State Northridge as the associate athletics director of development. Spiegel will have a dual role at CSUN, supporting both the athletics department and university advancement. Spiegel, who grew up in Northridge, returns to the San Fernando Valley following a 10-year career at Columbia, where he was the assistant athletics director for marketing and promotions … American announced the promotion of Athena Argyropoulos to the position of senior associate athletics director. Argyropoulos will continue in her role as Senior Women’s Administrator, as the athletics department liaison with various campus offices, as the supervisor for several of the Eagles’ sports and as the coordinator of AU’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee … Trish Casey joined the Rhode Island athletic department as the new associate AD for business and personnel. Casey joins the athletics department after spending the past 13 years in the university’s office of the controller.  Elevating to the associate controller role, she was responsible for auditing, accounts payable, accounting, reconciliation, non-profit/fund accounting, cash management, financial analysis as well as budgeting and forecasting at URI … Missouri announced Brian White has joined its leadership team to serve in the role of senior associate athletics director for development. White comes to Mizzou as the department's chief development officer, having most recently served as associate athletic director for development at the United States Military Academy. White, 31, began oversight of Army West Point's athletic fundraising in October 2014 and also served as the department's chief development officer. He led the A Club's fundraising initiatives, securing donations for Army's annual fund, endowments and capital projects. White managed a portfolio of more than 100 donors nationwide while at Army … Michael Marcelli, who had worked as state budget director for New Mexico’s state budget division since 2012, was hired as UNM’s associate athletic director for finance/chief financial officer. Marcelli’s duties will include financial planning, budget preparation, financial forecasting, financial oversight of all capital projects, tracking capital outlay, managing vender contracts, financial analysis of all special events, review of all fiscal policies, and facility debt service … Pepperdine promoted Brian Barrio to the associate athletic director for administration. He joined Pepperdine in 2011 and oversees all matters related to compliance, academic support and business operations. He also serves as the department's Title IX coordinator and is the sport supervisor for baseball, women's soccer, men's volleyball and men's water polo. He earned a bachelor's degree from Boston College in 1999 and a juris doctorate from the University of California-Hastings College of the Law in 2005 … Karina Herold was promoted to Pepperdine’s associate athletic director for external operations. She arrived at Pepperdine in 2011. In addition to overseeing marketing and promotions, sponsorships, branding and communications, she also serves as the department's Senior Women's Administrator and is in charge of the tennis, women's indoor volleyball and women's beach volleyball progams. Herold was the tournament manager for the 2013 and 2015 NCAA men's basketball West Regional championship, which Pepperdine hosted at Staples Center. She graduated from UC San Diego in 2005 and earned a master's degree from the Massachusetts-Amherst in 2008 … David Rhoades is now the associate athletic director for facilities and operations at Pepperdine, making him the Waves' longest-serving administrator currently on staff. A 1985 Pepperdine graduate who played for the Waves' baseball team, he returned in Malibu as an assistant baseball coach in 1994. He would also be the director of athletic academic services before being promoted to associate athletic director in 2003. In addition to facilities and game management operations, he oversees the sports medicine and strength and conditioning departments as well as the cross country, golf, swimming and track programs. Rhoades also holds a master's degree from Azusa Pacific … Winston-Salem State announced that Randy Butt has joined the department as associate athletics director for business and finance. Butt, who has extensive experience in the financial aspect of college athletics comes to WSSU from Radford, where he was responsible for all financial operations, and created a fiscally responsible monitoring and reporting structure. In addition, he oversaw the internal day-to-day operations of the athletics department including facilities, finance, human resources and event management … Alan Pandiani was named to the newly-created position of associate director of athletics for sales and fan experience, at Massachusetts. Pandiani will oversee areas of athletic revenue generation, marketing and brand management and business analytics to enhance the fan experience. He comes to Amherst after spending the last two years at Atlanta-based sports business consulting firm, the Aspire Group Inc … Curt Smyth was promoted to senior associate director of athletics at New England. Smyth has been at UNE as part of the athletics staff since 1997, serving in multiple coaching capacities over the first 10 years before shifting to administration (Assistant AD /Associate AD) for the last eight. For the duration, he has held the title of sports information director and will continue to fill that role. He had an integral role in the department's success and progression during two transitional periods over the last five years, as Smyth spent a combined two years leading the Nor'easters from the position of interim director of athletics.

Assistant athletic directors -- Penn State announced the appointment of Cory Chapman as assistant athletic director and general manager of Beaver Stadium and Pegula Ice Arena. His primary duties will include programming, maintenance, budgets, customer service and managing staff for the two facilities. Chapman comes to Penn State after serving the past six years in facility operations and event management at Minnesota … Mercy field hockey head coach Kayte Kinsley was promoted to assistant athletic director of operations. Kinsley has been a member of the athletic department since 2010 when she was appointed head coach of the field hockey program prior to their inaugural season. She led the program to improvements in the win column in each of her first four seasons at the helm and guided the Mavericks to a program-best five wins in 2013 … Mercy head softball coach Mike Fazio was named assistant athletic director of business affairs. Fazio joined the Mercy family for the 2009 season as an assistant softball coach and was named head coach of the program prior to the 2011 season. Fazio has the most wins in Mavericks history and guided the softball program to new school records in wins in back-to-back years … Kelli Pugh has been promoted to assistant athletics director for sports medicine at Virginia. She will continue to serve as the primary care provider for the Virginia football program. She's responsible for all aspects of the team's athletic training regimen, including evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries. In 2010 the Virginia Athletic Trainers' Association honored Pugh as its College/University Athletic Trainer of the Year … Alyson Vander Steen was named the assistant athletic director for marketing and tickets at Augustana (South Dakota). She comes to Augustana after spending the last three years at her alma mater Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah in various roles, most recently as the director of athletic marketing and promotions. She began her tenure at Westminster as a marketing/promotions and events intern in August of 2012 before becoming a part-time marketing events coordinator in June of 2013 and full-time marketing director in March of 2014 … Temple hired a three-person video crew, headed up by assistant athletic director for video services Kevin Coop. In his role at Temple, Copp will oversee the newly-launched video services department, which will provide on-demand video content on OwlsTV as well as in-venue video. Copp will oversee production of all live broadcasts for numerous sports on OwlsTV, and also serve as on-camera talent and as a play-by-play broadcaster on occasion. Copp came to Temple after six months as the director of new media for Towson, where he produced and/or supervised the production of all video content for TowsonTigers.com and the Towson Athletics YouTube channel. Copp also produced and directed live video broadcasts and in-venue video boards at Towson's arenas and served as a broadcaster for basketball, lacrosse, gymnastics, baseball and softball … Jeff Puleri was named assistant athletic director for development and communications. He will now be responsible for home game management and continue to lead the department in athletic communications and marketing. He will serve as the direct report for the athletic communications assistant and will continue to grow the visibility and branding of MCLA Athletics. In addition, Puleri will be responsible for all fund raising initiatives within Athletics. Puleri served as the baseball coach since the 2003 season and was a two time MASCAC coach of the year in that role … Georgia Southern hired Bryan Johnston as assistant athletics director for athletics communications. Johnston comes to Georgia Southern from Virginia Tech, where he had been serving as the director of content strategy for the athletics communications office … Eastern Kentucky selected Kevin Britton as its assistant athletics director for communications and branding.  Britton has served the last eight years as Eastern's assistant director of athletic public relations … Rodger Horne, now the assistant athletic director for communications, joined the Pepperdine staff in August 2007 and was previously the director of athletic communications. He graduated from USC in 1995 and earned a master's degree from Ohio State in 2006 … Matt Kalish, now the assistant athletic director for business operations at Pepperdine, was previously the director of athletic facilities. He joined the athletics staff in a full-time role in 2008 but also earned both bachelor's (2005) and master's (2010) degrees from Pepperdine … Kevin Wright, now the assistant athletic director for sports medicine, returned to Pepperdine in 2002 after previously graduating from the university in 1996. He was an assistant athletic trainer for seven years before being elevated to Head Athletic Trainer in 2009. Wright also earned a master's degree from Oregon in 1999 … Matt Young, now the assistant athletic director for strength and conditioning, joined Pepperdine in September 2009 as the director of strength and conditioning. Young earned both his bachelor's (2001) and master's (2004) degrees from Lipscomb … Hartford announced that Matt Brady was named assistant athletics director for communications. In this capacity, he will oversee the athletic communications office and be responsible for all digital and communications efforts for the Hawks' 18 Division I intercollegiate sports. Brady joins the Hartford Hawks after serving nearly five years as the assistant athletics director for media relations at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and previously as the assistant director for media relations at Indiana … Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and head men's lacrosse coach Kylor Berkman assumed the role of assistant athletic director for student programming at Aurora. In his new role, Berkman will be the figurehead for the AU intramural programs … Penn State announced the appointment of Keith Embray as assistant athletic director for student-athlete welfare and development. Embray will work closely with the Nittany Lions' 800 student-athletes and the staff of the Morgan Academic Support Center for Student-Athletes. 

Coaches

Baseball assistants -- Wingate hired Dusty White as the assistant baseball coach for the Bulldogs. The former Wingate starting pitcher will be the team's pitching coach.

Men’s basketball assistants -- Shenandoah hired Dominic Parker as the men’s basketball assistant coach. Parker comes to Shenandoah after serving as an assistant coach at Richard Bland College for the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons … Shenton Wai (pronounced “way”) has been promoted to assistant basketball coach at UTSA. Wai spent the previous six seasons as a member of Brook Thompson’s staff, serving as the team operations coordinator. In that role, he was responsible for film exchange and assisting with recruiting coordination and on-campus visits, team travel, academics and compliance. In his six years on the Roadrunners’ bench, UTSA has registered the school’s first-ever NCAA postseason victory in any sport, captured one league championship, made four conference tournament appearances and recorded the most successful three-year stretch (57 wins) in two decades.

Cross country assistants -- Joining the MCLA staff this year, Monica Conlin. will assist both the men’s and women’s cross country programs. She was a two year letter winner for MCLA under current head coach Rob Colantuono.

Field hockey assistants -- Moravian field hockey brought back an alumnus of the program Emily Marley to join the coaching staff for the 2015 season. Marley completed her degree mathematics and general science for education at Moravian this past May, and she was a three-time selection to the Landmark Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll. Marley was also named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division III National Academic Squad all four years of her career for maintaining over a 3.30 GPA during the fall academic semester while competing in the sport. She will be working towards her Master’s of Education while coaching.

Men’s ice hockey -- Pat Norton, who has nearly 20 years of coaching experience at the collegiate and prep school levels, was hired as the next head coach of the Tufts men's ice hockey program. For the past 11 seasons, Norton was head coach of the hockey program at the Tilton School in New Hampshire. Members of the New England Prep Schools Interscholastic Hockey Association, Tilton competes at the highest level of prep school hockey. During Norton's tenure, the Rams were Lakes Region champions in 2010 and 2011 as well as New England Small School Semi-finalists in 2010, 2011 and 2013. Norton has also been a USA Hockey New England District Coach and Evaluator since 1998.

Men’s lacrosse -- Beloit named Rashad Devoe as its head men’s lacrosse coach. Devoe became the second head men’s lacrosse coach in the program’s history after two seasons as the assistant lacrosse coach at Colby College in Waterville, Maine. He was also a two-year assistant coach at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. A 1996 graduate of Buffalo, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Health, he also holds a Masters of Public Health from West Chester, earned in 2004 … Andrew Daly was hired as the head coach for the Wells men’s lacrosse team. Daly joins the Express from SUNY Oneonta where he served as the assistant coach for the Red Dragons since August of 2011. Daly inherits a men’s lacrosse program fresh off of their best season in team history. Racking up a team-record four victories, the Express picked up their first conference victory dating back to the 2012 season and set several team offensive and defensive records. Daly served as the assistant coach for SUNY Oneonta for four seasons.

Women’s lacrosse -- Melissa Jaworski was hired as the head coach of the Wells women’s lacrosse team. Jaworski comes to Wells after serving as the graduate assistant women’s lacrosse coach at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee.

Women’s lacrosse assistants -- Leah Sullivan enters her first season on the sidelines for MCLA women’s lacrosse. She was a member of the program during their inaugural varsity campaign in 2014 being named MVP in the process. Sullivan will assist head coach Maria Bartini in all areas of the program … Katie Seidel was named assistant women's lacrosse coach at Mount Union. Seidel played at Lynchburg, where she was a four year member of the atheltic directors honor roll, the student athlete advisory committee and a two-time selection to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference All-Academic Team.  She graduated in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in business administration with minors in marketing and Spanish. The Chargin Falls, Ohio, native, spent three seasons as a club coach for Ohio Premiere Lacrosse along with being a camp counselor for Blue Streaks Sports Camp.

Softball assistants -- Former Illinois State standout Jhavon Hamilton makes her return to the league by being named assistant coach for the Bradley Braves. Hamilton, who will work with the Bradley outfielders in addition to coordinating team travel and equipment, comes to The Hilltop after spending the previous season as an assistant coach at Millikin University.  While at Millikin, she handled team travel and oversaw the recruiting efforts for the Big Blue in addition to her on-field responsibilities.

Women’s soccer assistants  -- The Moravian women’s soccer team hired former player, Kirsten Schall to its assistant coaching staff. Schall is a 2015 Moravian graduate and finished her career last fall as one of the top offensive players in school history. She completed her career third all-time in goals with 35, fourth in assists with 18 and third in points with 88. Schall was a two-time Landmark Conference Offensive Player of the Year including 2014, and she was named to the Landmark All-Conference Teams each season of her career. Moravian also hired former player Taylor DiSora to the coaching staff for the 2015 season. DiSora is a 2014 graduate of Moravian, and she played in 79 career matches four goals and five assists from her midfield position. She was named to the Landmark All-Conference as a senior in 2013 after making the All-Conference second team in 2012. She served the last two years as an assistant coach at Elmria … Jamie Meshew, who served as interim head coach at Southwestern University last season, was named assistant women’s soccer coach at Lamar. Meshew spent three seasons at Southwestern, serving as the interim coach for the final 13 games of 2014. She took over a team that was 0-6-1 and went 5-7-1 during her stint, including a 5-6-1 mark in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference …

Men’s soccer -- Chaminade selected Danny O’Regan to take over as men’s soccer interim head coach for the 2015 season. O’Regan, who is also Chaminade’s director of campus ministry, coached the women’s club team at the University of San Diego in 2008. 

Men’s tennis -- Rosemont announced the hiring of Kirsten Sanford as the new head coach of their men’s and women’s tennis programs. Sanford, a graduate of Rosemont in 2015, was a four-year letter winner for the institution’s women’s tennis program. During her playing career she earned one sportsmanship award  and was the team’s captain in her junior and senior years.

Women’s tennis -- Ausra Brooks was selected as the head coach of the Aurora women's tennis program.

Men’s track and field -- After three dedicated years with Academy of Art University, Torrey Olson has been named director of track and field/cross country. Entering his fourth season with Academy of Art, Olson has helped the Urban Knights achieve unprecedented success. He has coached three NCAA national qualifiers in cross country including the program's first All-American Jenny Bergren in 2012. On the track and field side, he helped ART U produce over 50 All-Americans … Academy of Art University hired Kevin LaSure as head coach of track and field. LaSure joins Academy of Art following his eighth year with New Haven's cross country and track and field teams. LaSure served his first four seasons as the head coach for both the men and women's programs. As a head coach, LaSure mentored 50 NCAA National qualifiers, 42 NCAA All-Americans, and five Individual national champions.

Men’s track and field assistants -- Shenandoah part-time assistant coach Justin Potter was selected to fill the position of full-time assistant coach. Potter came to Shenandoah after two years as an assistant coach at Lynchburg.

Women’s water polo assistants -- Alana Burgess, a girl’s water polo head coach for the Coronado (California) Aquatics Club, was named an assistant coach for the San José State women’s water polo program. Burgess worked for her hometown aquatics club since 2011. During her last two years, she also served as the assistant coach for the Coronado High School girls water polo varsity team.

Conferences

Administration— The America East Conference announced Kate Bergstrom as the staff’s assistant director for administration. In her new role, Bergstrom will assist with business operations, office management and sports administration. She will also oversee various championships and assist at several others as well as coordinate conference meetings and special events and provide administrative support to conference staff.

Staff

Marketing assistant-- Holy Cross named Ari Bard as a marketing assistant. He will assist with all marketing and promotional efforts for the department of athletics. Prior to his time at Holy Cross, Bard worked as a marketing and events intern with the Baltimore Ravens. While with the Ravens, he assisted with the “Ravens Walk” and aided the marketing department with various events.

Women’s basketball operations -- The College of Charleston women’s basketball program added Ayana Dunning as the Cougars’ new director of basketball operations. Dunning comes to CofC after making her coaching debut last year as an assistant coach at Iowa Central. She helped lead the Tritons to a 20-12 overall record, with four of her players reaching ICCAC All-Region veneration under her tutelage.

Men’s basketball operations -- Jeff Luster brings more than 20 years of college basketball experience to the UTSA men’s basketball staff as the new director of operations. He comes to UTSA after spending the previous five seasons as the director of operations at North Texas.

Athletic training -- Shenandoah added Lacey Collins to their athletic training staff. Collins holds CSCS strength and conditioning certification in addition to her athletic training certification, joined the department this past winter in an interim role. The Augustana (South Dakota) graduate now joins as a full-time member of the staff. She will work primarily with the football and women's lacrosse programs … Shenandoah added Marah Jones to their athletic training staff. Jones earned her Master's in Athletic Training from SU in 2012, returns to campus after serving as the head athletic trainer at Jefferson (West Virginia) High School from 2012-15 … Hobart and William Smith announced Jaclyn Stucker joined the sports medicine staff as an assistant athletic trainer. Stucker comes to the Colleges after two years working as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at North Carolina while pursuing a master’s degree in exercise and sports science-athletic training. In her time in Chapel Hill, she worked primarily with the women’s gymnastics team and covered the club sports teams. In addition, Stucker worked at the physical therapy/athletic training clinic providing care to the general student population, faculty and staff

Directors of compliance -- Amanda Wood, now the director of compliance, first became part of Pepperdine's compliance staff in December 2011. Prior to that, she worked for the West Coast Conference as a sports services coordinator.

Directors of Advancement -- Tristan Mulcahy, a 2010 St. Bonaventure graduate, was named director of athletics advancement at St. Bonaventure. Mulcahy will be responsible for all fundraising initiatives within the athletics department, primarily the annual Bonnies Athletic Fund campaign.

Deaths -- Freshman pitcher on the 2014 Ohio State baseball team Zach Farmer, died August 4th after his battle with leukemia. Farmer, from Piketon, Ohio, was 21. Farmer was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia April 28, 2014. After successful treatment, Farmer went into remission on June 6, 2014. Farmer announced July 15 that the disease returned. He passed away at The James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University. Farmer was 6-4 with a 3.28 ERA in 10 appearances, including nine starts with 34 strikeouts in 49.1 innings pitched for the Scarlet and Gray. Last year, Farmer was named a recipient of CollegeBaseballInsider.com’s Tom Walter/Pete Frates College Baseball Inspiration Award. Farmer was a four-year letterwinner and three-time first team All-Ohio selection at Piketon and two-time SVC Player of the Year and four-time first team all-district. He went 10-1 with a 0.52 earned-run average and 162 strikeouts in 81 innings as a senior and led Piketon with a 9-3 record and a 1.39 earned-run average as a junior. Farmer also lettered four years in basketball and was a two-time honorable mention All-Ohio pick. During his battle, he was involved in the community. He helped raise awareness for the bone marrow registry through Be The Match organization, starting a campus drive with help from his Buckeye teammates.  Farmer spoke to several schools around central Ohio as well as supporting multiple individuals with similar illnesses.

Athletics directors -- Southern Utah finalized the appointment of Jason Butikofer as athletic director for the Thunderbirds. Butikofer, comes from Army West Point where he was senior associate athletic director. While at Army West Point, Butikofer forged a relationship with Nike and the university, developing strategic partnerships with vendors while supervising seven Army West Point sports programs … Brady Barke, senior associate to the president at Southeast Missouri State, began his new role as interim director of athletics following Mark Alnutt's resignation, which was announced on July 6 … Following 10 years of service to SUNY Plattsburgh as the Cardinals' director of athletics, Bruce Delventhal announced his decision to retire on January 1, 2016. Since his installation as the director of athletics, Delventhal has guided the SUNY Plattsburgh athletics department into becoming one of the premier NCAA Division III athletic programs in the nation. Under his leadership, the Cardinals have enjoyed unparalleled success at the conference, regional and national levels. Of particular note is the Cardinals' women's ice hockey program which has won a total of four national championships (2007, 2008, 2014, 2015) – a mark no other NCAA Division III women's hockey program can claim to have reached. In total, 46 teams have appeared in various NCAA Championships since Delventhal came to Plattsburgh. Additionally, SUNY Plattsburgh student-athletes have been on the receiving end of scores of All-American, All-region and All-conference honors through the course of Delventhal's SUNY Plattsburgh career … St. Olaf announced the appointment of Ryan Bowles as the college's athletic director. Bowles, who is currently the associate athletic director for administration at Maryland, will join St. Olaf on September 1. Bowles also oversaw Maryland's transition last year from the Atlantic Coast Conference to the Big Ten, and he currently serves on the Big Ten's Sports Management Council … Milton Overton Jr. was hired as the athletics director at Florida A&M … Ryan Ivey was named the new director of athletics at Austin Peay State University. In his previous position as Texas A&M University-Commerce athletics director, Ivey was credited with helping transform a low-ranked Division II program into a Lone Star Conference powerhouse. Last year alone, the Lions won a school record six conference championships in both men and women's sports, including football, basketball and women's soccer … Former athletic director Tom Box was named the interim athletic director at Seattle Pacific. Box previously led the SPU athletic department from July 1998 until July 2008 … Current Assistant Athletic Director for External Affairs Josh Jorgensen has been named interim director of athletics at Texas A&M … Head men’s basketball coach Brian Miller has been named the MSOE athletic director. Miller has spent the last 11 years as associate athletic director in addition to his role as head men’s basketball coach. He is one of the most successful coaches in department history with a .611 (176-112) winning percentage. His teams have broken or tied the program’s record for wins in a season five times, including a record 21 wins in 2013-14. Miller also brings a wealth of experience to the Athletic Department off the court, serving in a dual role as head men’s basketball and assistant athletic director at Concordia Chicago. He also served as the president of the Northern Illinois and Iowa Conference in 2003-04 … Tim Selgo, who is set to enter his 20th year as athletic director at Grand Valley State, announced that the 2015-16 academic year will be his last at GVSU. Selgo was appointed athletic director on February 12, 1996 and put his own stamp of leadership on Laker athletics … Director of Athletics Jack Leipheimer announced his retirement, effective at the end of December 2015, after a 14-year career at Thiel. During Leipheimer's tenure as the director of athletics, the college added six NCAA Division III sports programs, including: men's and women's tennis, men's and women's lacrosse, men's volleyball and women's bowling. Today, the Department of Athletics includes 23 NCAA Division III sports, more than 30 coaches and staff members and more than four hundred student-athletes. Leipheimer was instrumental in several athletics facility improvements, including: new turf and competition-level lighting at Alumni Stadium, multiple improvements to Beeghly Gymnasium, including: a state-of-the art athletic training room, the addition of the Rissell-Schreyer Dome, an air-supported structure which covers Alumni Stadium during winter months, and most recently the College broke ground on a track & field facility, located at Tomcat Park … Thiel Associate Director of Athletics, Amy Schafer will succeed Leipheimer as the director of athletics in January 2016. Schafer is entering her 11th year at Thiel. She was named the associate director of athletics in 2014. Schafer was one of just 12 individuals selected for the 2014 NCAA Pathway Program, which exists to assist administrators who wish to become directors of athletics through education, training and mentoring … Bluefield State named Tom Hart the interim athletic director. Hart replaces Terry Brown, who recently retired as the college's athletic director. Hart comes to BSC after spending two years at Berry in Rome, Georgia. At Berry, Hart was engaged with several new program initiatives, which included the Berry Athletics Booster Club, the first two years of the football program, and preparing to add a full track and field program. Before Berry, Hart spent 21 years at Webster in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the athletic director for the last 19 years. With Hart at the helm, the Gorloks totaled 49 NCAA appearances, and 52 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) titles.

Associate athletics directors -- Kimberly Keenan-Kirkpatrick is Syracuse’s new deputy athletics director/senior woman administrator. She went to Syracuse from Seton Hall, where she worked in the athletics administration since 2006. At Seton Hall, Keenan-Kirkpatrick was an associate director of athletics for six years prior to her promotion to senior associate director of athletics in 2011. A former attorney, she is well versed of the NCAA's rules and regulations and ensures that all coaches remain conscious of the ever-changing guidelines in college athletics … Frank Cuervo, a veteran athletics administrator with a broad range of external experiences at multiple Division I institutions, was named senior associate director of athletics for external relations at UAB. Cuervo will oversee all external units in the department, including development, marketing, licensing, communications, video services, ticketing operations and sales, as well as UAB’s multi-media relationship with IMG … St. Edward's (Texas) announced the hiring of Jameson Adams as associate athletic director for operation. Adams' responsibilities include facility and event management, game operations, marketing and promotions, and corporate sponsorships … Northern Illinois promoted Ryan Sedevie to senior associate athletic director for collegiate advancement and external affairs. Sedevie who is completing his second full year at NIU, is in charge of several of the Huskies’ external operations areas, including marketing and fan experience, athletics communications the ticket office and trademark licensing. He also serves as the liaison to NIU’s multimedia rights partner, Learfield Sports, and several campus entities. He is the sport administrator for the Huskies’ men’s and women’s golf and men’s and women’s tennis programs, having added oversight of the tennis teams this year … Mike Madagan was promoted to associate athletics director at Saint Leo where he will continue to oversee all facility scheduling and maintenance as well as event operations … April (Reed) Hoy was elevated to the role of associate athletic director. She will continue oversee sports medicine program and now serves as the department’s senior women’s administrator. Entering her 16th year with Azusa Pacific, Hoy will also now supervise four teams … Once a standout field hockey player at Delaware, Jennifer Judy returned to her alma mater to assume the role of associate athletics director for student-athlete development and senior woman administrator. Judy returned to Delaware after spending the previous 10 years at UD’s Colonial Athletic Association rival Towson. She began her tenure there in 2005 and served as coordinator of team support services and director of team support and camp services before being promoted to associate athletics director, chief of staff, in December of 2013 … UW-River Falls appointed Matthew Ebner as the new associate athletic director.  His new duties will include overseeing athlete compliance, game day promotions and marketing, Falcon Success Series and the annual Falcon Awards ceremony …  Ashley Adams was named the associate athletic director of compliance and student-athlete development/senior woman administrator at Academy of Art. Following her first year as assistant athletic director of compliance, Adams will continue with her compliance responsibilities while adding oversight of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, Women In Leadership Development, and community engagement projects. Additionally, Adams will handle sport supervision of volleyball, softball, and tennis … Kevin Sanchez has been named associate athletic director of internal relations at Academy of Art. After completing two years as assistant athletic director of external relations, Sanchez now assumes primary responsibility of day-to-day operations including finance, travel, employee relations, and overseeing ART U's relationship with Adidas. Sanchez will also oversee men's and women's soccer, baseball, men's and women's golf, sports medicine, and strength & conditioning … Rhonda McFarland joined Syracuse to fill the position of associate athletics director for finance. McFarland has worked at Boise State for the past nine years, most recently in the athletics department as a senior business manager and then associate athletics director for finance … Jeff Keisler was appointed associate athletic director for sales, service and ticket operations at Oregon State. Keisler arrived at OSU from Central Florida, where he served as the assistant athletic director for sales and service since April of 2013.  While with the Knights he developed a sales and customer service team that was recognized by the NCAA as one of the top units in the country … Sharon Lehman is leaving her position as the associate athletic director and Senior Woman Administrator at Azusa Pacific. The Cougar Athletics Hall of Honor inductee and former softball coach (1995-2005) at Azusa Pacific will now serve as the chairperson of the school’s Applied Exercise Science department … Kimya Massey was appointed senior associate athletic director for student-athlete development at Oregon State. Massey arrives at Oregon State after serving as Central Florida’s senior associate athletic director for academic services for student-athletes since 2011.  During his tenure, the Knights set numerous school records for academic achievement, including a Graduation Success Rate for student-athletes that reached 95 percent, the highest in the country for Division I public institutions. From 2009-11, Massey was the assistant director at the Center for Athletic Academic Services at Memphis. He also spent three years at Indiana as the assistant athletic director for academic services after beginning his professional career as an academic advisor and assistant Lifeskills director at Michigan State … Texas A&M-Corpus Christi elevated Chad Karthauser to associate athletics director for business and finance. Karthauser has served as assistant athletics director since his hiring in July 2012. Before joining the Islanders, Karthauser completed his master’s degree in Intercollegiate Athletics Leadership at Washington. While he was pursuing his master’s, he also interned at Seattle University, heading up business operations for the Division I school. In addition to his duties for the business department, he also assisted in academics at SU and worked in event management on football game days at Washington.

Assistant athletics directors -- Northern Illinois promoted Tim Rice to senior assistant athletic director for revenue generation. Under Rice’s direction, the Huskie Athletic Fund enjoyed a record-breaking year in 2014 with over $1 million in cash gifts received for the first time in school history, while the annual fund increased by 24 percent from 2013 to 2014. Rice, who came to NIU from San Jose State University in January 2014, will continue to oversee the annual fund while also working closely with the major gifts team. Rice’s new role also give him oversight of the premium experience sales area at both Huskie Stadium and the Convocation Center … Maryland hired Dustin Semonavick as assistant athletics director for media relations. He will serve as the primary media contact for the football program. Semonavick most recently served as the director of media relations at Towson, where he was the primary contact for the football team. He was also the primary media contact for the men’s basketball team from 2011-14 … Saint Leo hired Erin Mykleby in the newly-created position of assistant athletics director for marketing, fundraising, and community engagement. Additionally Saint Leo hired Conner Kilpatrick as the assistant director of intramurals and recreation, promoted Pete Lefresne to assistant athletics director for communications and Erin Bean was promoted to director of athletics communications … North Dakota State promoted Justin Swanson to assistant athletic director for marketing and fan engagement. Swanson started at NDSU as the director of marketing and promotions in May 2012 after four seasons as an assistant athletic director at South Dakota State.  He also spent one year in marketing and promotions at Maine … Penn State appointed Michael Cross as assistant athletic director -- new business development. Cross brings nearly 25 years of coaching and athletic administrative experience to Penn State. Cross will serve as the sport administrator for the men's and women's hockey teams and oversee the men's and women's rugby club programs. Additionally, he will be charged with identifying new business and revenue generation opportunities, engaging with various constituencies within the Penn State communities and intercollegiate athletics … UMass Lowell announced the addition of Michael Letzeisen as the assistant athletic director for events and operations. The Nichols College graduate comes to Lowell after spending the previous three years as the assistant director of athletics and Murray Athletic Center facility manager at Elmira. In addition to assisting with compliance and eligibility, he served as the on-site game administrator for baseball, men's and women's ice hockey … Penn hired Andrea Wickerham as assistant athletic director -- human resources. She brings nearly 30 years of higher education and private sector experience to Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics. Wickerham will oversee all human resources operations for the Nittany Lions' athletic staff of more than 325 and work closely with the University's Office of Human Resources. Her duties will include providing direction for all human resources functions, including: employee recruitment and retention, performance management, organizational efficiency and employee/labor relations. From Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Wickerham comes to Penn State after serving 14 years, the last seven as vice president at the National Center for Drug Free Sport in Kansas City, Missouri. Wickerham also has 14 years of athletic administration and coaching experience at several institutions, including Iowa, Michigan and Luther, where she was the director of athletics … Catholic hired Mike Gambardella as assistant athletic director for communications. In this role, Gambardella will oversee all communications efforts for Catholic’s 21 varsity sports. Gambardella has spent the past 12 years in collegiate athletics, working the previous nine in athletics communications. He has worked at several prestigious institutions while covering a number of Division I NCAA Tournament teams and events as a sports information director. Gambardella moves crosstown after spending the past three seasons as assistant director of athletics communications at American.

Coaches

Baseball -- David Valesente was hired as the first-ever baseball coach at Wells. Valesente joins the Express from Saint Joseph’s (Pennsylvania) where he served as an assistant coach for the Hawks’ program.

Baseball assistant coaches -- Hofstra appointed Tyler Kavanaugh to the position of assistant baseball coach. Kavanaugh joins the Pride staff after spending the past two seasons at Marist. During his tenure at Marist, Kavanaugh was the Red Foxes hitting coach and recruiting coordinator. He mentored four All-Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference honorees. Kavanaugh’s recruiting and coaching helped pay immediate dividends for Marist as the team won a postseason game in the MAAC Championship for the first time since 2009 this past season.

Mens basketball -- Keene State hired Ryan Cain as the interim men’s basketball coach. Cain comes to Keene from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he spent 12 years as both a player and a coach.  One of the greatest players in WPI history, Cain is the Engineers’ all-time leading scorer and led the Engineers to four New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference regular season championships and a pair of NEWMAC tournament titles.   The Engineers reached the NCAA tournament in Cain’s final three years as a player (2005-07), including the Sweet 16 in 2005.

Men’s basketball assistants -- The Cal State Northridge hired Jeff Theiler as assistant coach. Theiler has more than 20 years of basketball coaching experience in Southern California. He has coached at the college, junior college and high school levels and brings his extensive knowledge of California basketball to the Matadors. He will assist with recruiting, on-court coaching and all aspects of the basketball student-athlete experience.

Women’s basketball assistants -- Cameron Tucker was named assistant women's basketball coach at DePauw. Most recently he was the assistant basketball coach at Southern Missouri State but Tucker also served one season as the Redhawks' recruiting coordinator where he signed five recruits including three ranked in ESPN's top 300 and he oversaw the program's budget … Former Anderson University women’s basketball standout Sierra Simpson has been added to the AU coaching staff for the 2015-16 season. Simpson is coming off a 2014-15 season where she was tabbed South Atlantic Conference Player of the Year, averaging 10.7 points per game, 5.9 rebounds and a conference-high 4.6 assists per contest. Simpson concluded her career ranking 11th in the program’s all-time scoring list (1,049), sixth in rebounds (635), third in assists (444), third in steals (237) and third in games started (118).

Men’s golf – Texas-Dallas has announced the hiring of Butch Edge as the program’s new head men's and women's golf coach. Edge comes to UTD after spending the past six seasons at Redlands.

Women’s golf -- Pina Gentile was named Eastern Michigan’s head women's golf coach. Gentile comes to Ypsilanti after spending the previous eight seasons as an assistant coach at Iowa State University. She was promoted to associate head coach in June of 2015.

Women’s lacrosse assistants -- Wingate named Kirsten Smith as assistant coach. Smith joins the Bulldog family following a successful academic and athletic career at South Atlantic Conference member Lenoir-Rhyne. On the field, the 2015 L-R grad completed her Bears' career with 110 points (85 goals and 25 assists), 90 ground balls and 28 caused turnovers. The midfielder served as a team captain during her senior season.

Softball -- Young hired Kayla Lucas as the next softball coach for the Mountain Lions. The 2014 National Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association Division II National Assistant Coach of the Year comes to Young Harris after spending the past four seasons as an assistant coach at Peach Belt Conference-foe Georgia College … Texas--Dallas hired Rich Wieligman as the program’s new head softball coach. Wieligman comes to UTD after spending the past nine seasons at Oklahoma State, leading the Cowgirls to the Women’s College World Series in 2011 … Liz Slupinski was hired as the coach of softball at Wells. Slupinski joins the Express after serving as an assistant coach for the Hamilton’s softball team since 2011. Slupinski is tasked with overseeing all aspects of the softball program at Wells. Revived as a varsity sport this past May after a one-year hiatus, the Express will resume varsity play in the North Eastern Athletic Conference as early as 2016-17 after last taking the field in 2014 … Alex Campione was hired as the softball coach at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Campione becomes the sixth head coach in program history and replaces Caitlin Luquet, who stepped down after guiding the Leopards the previous two seasons. Campione comes to the Wentworth campus after serving the previous two seasons as an assistant coach at Franklin Pierce. While with the Ravens she assisted with numerous aspects of coaching, while specifically working with the pitchers and catchers. During her first season (2014) Franklin Pierce picked up 10 victories in the competitive Northeast-10 Conference, which tied a program record for most conference wins in a single season. Additionally, the team's earned run average improved from the 2013 season.                                                                                                        

Men’s and women’s swimming -- Catawba hired Michael Sever as the men’s and women’s swim coach.  Sever comes to Catawba from Maine, where he has served as an assistant coach since 2012. While at Maine, Sever was involved with all aspects of the NCAA I program.  During his three seasons, the Black Bears set 36 new team records and had one NCAA B qualifier.  The swim team produced 33 Maine honor scholar-athletes in 2015. Sever was the head men’s swimming and diving coach at Rhode Island for one year before taking his post at Maine. 

Men’s and women’s track and field -- Wayne State (Michigan) announced the hiring of Rondell Ruff as head coach of men's and women's cross country and women's indoor/outdoor track and field programs.

Men’s tennis -- Karl Gregor, previous interim head coach at Tufts, was named head coach of the Jumbos. Gregor had been an assistant coach at Tufts since 2011. As the interim leader last year, he was at the helm of a Jumbo team that earned its highest seed ever in the New England Small College Athletic Conference championship.

Women’s volleyball -- Brevard hired Anna Wagner as the Tornados’ next women’s volleyball coach. Wagner comes to Brevard from Appalachian State where she spent the past two years as an assistant coach with the Mountaineers’ volleyball program. She was heavily involved in recruiting, team travel, community service, alumni engagement, and working daily with the team’s attackers.

Women’s volleyball assistants -- Delaware promoted Dana Griskowitz to assistant coach. Griskowitz, a native of Newark, Delaware, served the previous three seasons at the program’s director of operations, assisting with team travel, coordinating recruiting visits, working with UD compliance, business, and equipment departments, and assisting in scheduling of practices and competition. Brian Toron will take over as the programs director of operations.

Staff

Compliance -- Shelby Stueve was promoted to senior compliance administrator. During her two years at Azusa Pacific she has been a vital component of the Cougars transition into NCAA Division II. Stueve oversees the day-to-day operations of the compliance office and is the department’s liaison with the NCAA eligibility center. In addition to her compliance duties she will also oversee the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) …

Assistant equipment manager -- Holy Cross has named Jamaal Baribeau an assistant equipment manager. Baribeau will work with the Holy Cross men’s and women’s ice hockey teams, while assisting with all of the other 25 Crusaders' varsity athletic teams. Baribeau comes to Holy Cross after working as an equipment manager for multiple hockey teams. Most recently, Baribeau was the head equipment manager of the Topeka Road Runners of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), one of the top junior hockey leagues in the United States.

Assistant athletic trainer – Holy cross has named Nick Farrar an assistant athletic trainer. He will work with the Holy Cross women’s lacrosse, volleyball and men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams, while assisting with a number of other sports. Farrar has worked as an athletic training student on numerous collegiate training staffs involving multiple sports. Most recently, he was an assistant at Harvard working with the men’s soccer team. He was responsible for evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, as well as assisting physicians during weekly orthopedic clinics. 

Marketing director -- Academy of Art hired Cameron De Lay as director of marketing. De Lay's primary responsibilities will be student engagement, management of recreation sports, game day environment, community outreach, fan development and sponsorships. De Lay will also be responsible for building a sense of school pride while bridging the gap between student-athletes and the general student body while working closely with campus life and residence life.
