2025 Division III Student Immersion Program

The Division III Student Immersion Program is your chance to take a deeper dive into the world of college athletics. Held each year during the NCAA Convention, this all-expenses-paid experience brings 40 student-athletes from various groups to the heart of Division III governance, leadership, and networking.

Selected participants get a behind-the-scenes look at how Division III operates, connect with key leaders in college athletics, and take part in hands-on professional development, including DiSC training and dedicated mentorship opportunities. You’ll leave with new insights, lasting relationships, and a clearer vision for your future in coaching or athletic administration.
