Diverse and Inclusive Hiring and Workforce Development Guide

This guide and its accompanying resources are designed to help hiring managers and other decision-makers embed the principles of diversity and inclusion in the recruitment, development, advancement and retention of employees. Current efforts target minorities and women, given their historical underrepresentation in leadership positions within college sports, but this guide encourages broad application of these principles to create programs that support respect and dignity for all people.

The guide is among the resources provided by the NCAA to support The Pledge and Commitment to Promoting Diversity and Gender Equity in Intercollegiate Athletics.
