Diverse and Inclusive Hiring and Workforce Development Guide

These guides provide information for hiring managers and leaders with workforce decision-making authority – with the goal of consciously and intentionally embedding the principles of diversity and inclusion in the talent life cycle. The resources are designed for use at any organization, whether that be a department, unit, campus or office.

When complete, the guides will be published in a series of PDFs that break down the different stages of the talent management life cycle and present practices meant to achieve workforce development goals.
